Dashboard

After a successful login, the dashboard is displayed. Here the the most important information about your contract or your registered devices displayed.

Global control

There are always a few buttons at the top of the screen that can be used to Influence the appearance of the console. The most important ones are at the top right-hand edge:

  1. The button for changing the language is located here
  2. Here the user can choose between a light or dark display
  3. Here the user can call up the help page or create a support enquiry

The global filter is located in the centre. Many pages (including the dashboard itself) show lists of data. If these lists become too large, this filter can be used to the number of data displayed can be limited.

User data

The currently logged in user is always displayed on the left-hand side, directly above the menu User and their organisation are displayed.

User data

  1. The name of the user
    if you click here, the data of the user is displayed
  2. The organisation to which the user belongs
    a click on the organisation shows the contract data
  3. The logout button
    ends the session and redirects the user back to the login screen

Current information

Current information is displayed in the four tiles in the centre.

Position with map

Device Map

This map shows your current position as well as the positions of all registered devices. You can click on a device icon to go to to see when the device last sent a position.

Device Positions Table

The current positions of all registered users are displayed in the position table Devices are displayed. A distinction is made here between the last contact and the last position of the device, as not every data record sent by a device can be used, also contains a valid position. If this list refers to a device which has sent a position is clicked, the position is displayed on the Map displayed.

Clicking on the pencil icon () at the end of the line opens the Device details page.

Devices

The table with all your devices shows their current contract status.

Device Table

You can click on a device to call up the device details page](base/devices.md). It is also possible by clicking directly on the satellite icon (🛰) to get to the tariff change. The same applies to the activation column. The finger () signals that you have the option of activating the satellite connection or deactivate it. If your device is controlled automatically, this is indicated by a different icon () is displayed.

Note

Only devices with a satellite connection display this icon. Possess You do not have such a device but one that only has a mobile connection if the satellite has a satellite icon, no satellite icon is displayed here.

If your contract has a rescue option, the rescue option will also be activated is set on the device, i.e. an emergency call is forwarded to a central control centre.

User

Each organisation can manage several users. In this table, these users are displayed.

Users Table

You can add or remove users. To do this, click on the plus icon or the recycle bin symbol.

Clicking on the name of a user takes you to their User profile.
