How do I connect the app to the smartphone?

To connect, make sure Bluetooth is on the iPhone, launch the A*LIVE app, tap the settings icon in the top right of the homescreen, then select the device that is turned on (at the bottom: Associated device), then return to the homescreen and swipe it down once!

No action on the A*LIVE necessary!


What do the ticks in the chat mean?

  • X: Send failed! Check connection to A*LIVE

  • Hourglass: Has not yet been transferred to A*LIVE, on hold.

  • A tick: Message has been transmitted to A*LIVE

  • Two ticks: Message successfully transmitted to the network
